This is the Privacy Policy of Travipharma BV (“Travipharma,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a company having its address at Rubenslaan 1, Lopik. We collect the following information you provide us with directly:

Analytics services (non-personally identifiable information only)

Remarketing
Travipharma uses remarketing services to advertise on websites of third parties, after your visit to our website. We, and third parties with which we cooperate, use cookies to optimize advertisements showed to you based on your previous sessions.

Google AdWords remarketing service is provided by Google Inc. All other services we use to gather information concerning the behaviour of our visitors follow hereunder. The information they gather are not linkable to a person and exclusively offer insight in the quality of our website and our services. This information is used to optimize our website and services.

Google Analystics: Analyses your visit to our site. It offers anonymous statistics.
Hotjar: Analyses your visit to our site. It offers anonymous statistics.
Facebook Business Account: During a visit to our website we link a pixel to your profile. This pixel can gather information in accordance with the privacy-, cookie- and user policy of Facebook. This data is gathered by Facebook and is inaccessible for us. We can, however, use this information with the services Facebook offers to offer advertisements. Why do we gather this data?
We are allowed to gather this data compliant to article 6, sub 1 under f jo. Consideration 47 last sentence of the General Data Protection Regulation. For gathering and processing this data we need not ask permission, in accordance with the before mentioned GDPR-provision, unabated the requirements and other regulations applicable to this privacy policy.

We also gather data in compliance with article 6, sub 1 under b of the General Data Protection Regulation in order to perform obligations under an agreement between you and Travipharma. How do we use this information?
We use all of the information we have to help us provide and support our Services. Here is how:

We are not responsible for the practices employed by any applications, websites or services linked to or from our Service, including the information or content contained within them.
